Our team of experienced locators tend to work less hours and earn more commissions than most other brokerages! Proven by our Broker and statistics! We are seeking highly motivated, licensed real estate agents and apartment locators to join our growing real estate team!

Our team of agents/locators have access to the BEST technology and systems… including our proprietary custom website, property database, bi-weekly training, scripts, templates, and more resources than you will ever need!! More importantly, the ability to close apartment leases virtually!
Our mission is to revolutionize the way apartments are searched for, forever. Our competition isn’t these other small, medium, or large brokerages, our true competitor is much larger than that. You can probably guess who we’re talking about!
What Can You Expect?
The multi-family locating industry is very competitive, fast-paced, and rapidly growing! Apartment rates tend to fluctuate almost every day! Over 80 NEW luxury complexes are expected to be built in the Houston area.. 2022 alone! We are one of the FIRST to market and promote them, and our market knowledge is on a different level! Our brokerage generates THOUSANDS of quality apartment leads PER MONTH and we offer them to our agents.. for FREE!
We generate leads of ALL apartment types including low, mid, high-rises, lofts, garden-styles, townhomes and more!! (Ranging from budgets of $900-$3000). It’s simply your role as the locator to create a personalized list of apartment options, schedule the tour, and help them lease their dream apartment (using our proven methods and systems)!
After the client pays their first 1 to 2 month’s rent and the apartment complex pays the Broker, we then we pay you! It’s that simple!
What Will You Do?
Reach out to new leads, send property reports, and help locate each client their dream home/apartment!
You'll follow up with clients via text, phone, and email! (85%+ of our leases are closed this way) We provide the SMS/calling software, plus an auto-dialer for increased efficiency!
Touring clients isn’t necessary at our brokerage, however it is highly encouraged! (Some of our agents choose not to tour clients due to current high volume leads being worked)
You’ll learn how to self-generate your own leads leveraging social media and implementing our exact marketing strategies!
You’ll expand your market knowledge of ALL apartment types to be able to close ANY rental lead!
You’ll create, build, & establish relationships with luxury communities and their staff!
You’ll learn how to manage a HIGH volume amount of clients and how to become a CLOSER! Reminder, there’s no limit or cap to the amount of commissions you can earn!
Commission Structure:This position is commission only. You set your own work hours!
Our average team member aims to earn between $60k - $80k+ per year (assuming you put in the full-time effort) Which is only about 8-10 leases per month! Top performers earn $120k - 150k+ per year. Which is about 15-25+ leases per month. (Our broker has procured 64 leases within just 60 days and is willing to teach YOU his exact methods and strategies).
If you treat this position like a hobby, it will pay like a hobby. If you treat it like a business, it will most likely pay like a business! See commission split details below.
What We Provide:
The BEST commission splits! (50/50 Company Leads, 85/15 Self-Generated Leads) Experienced agents deserve to keep more as you should! Our broker understands!
We keep our expenses & fees low.. so you keep more money in your pocket overall!Ability to close house transactions and have full access to the MLS!
Flexible work hours. This is not a 9-5 desk job.. Your schedule is built around your clients, lead volume, and the times you work/follow up. It means having control of your vacation/time off. Never ask permission for a doctor’s appointment again!
In-house Billing & Collections team + attorney on retainer (never worry about getting paid by apartments ever again)!
Commission Advance Program: Whereas other brokerages would only pay your commission after receiving payment for your lease (which takes on average 60-90 days after move), instead we offer you the privilege to receive a percentage of your commission upon verified move-in! This is ideal for career change individuals!
Ability to earn increased commission splits on Company Leads based on performance!!
Ability to transfer markets! (We are expanding to Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio)
Agent-Referral program, earn a commission bonus for referring agents to the brokerage!
Access to Broker mentoring, company training, scripts, on-demand support, & office space (coming soon)!
Required:
Texas Real Estate Salesperson License (or willing to obtain)
High School Diploma or GEDExperience/Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service (preferred, but not required)
Ability to attend to client calls, messages, & emails throughout the day/weekends
Must be proficient with computers, technology, and social media!
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordAbility to follow up, establish, & build rapport with SEVERAL clients at one time
Display characteristics of self-discipline, organization, persistence, and integrity
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual is a plus!
Ability to assist with residential leases and/or purchases of residential real estate
Knowledgeable of agreements & contracts with buyers/sellers (for MLS listings)
Must be able to tour clients when deemed necessary and have reliable transportation
Ability to educate clients on basic real estate procedures and TREC regulations
